MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
Wednesday, April 9, 2008
The Old Lyme Zoning Commission held a Special Meeting Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at the Church of Christ the King Parish Center. Members present were Tom Risom, Chairman, Jane Marsh, John Johnson, Ted Kiritsis (Alternate, seated) and Patrick Looney. Also present was Ann Brown, Zoning Enforcement Officer.
1. Convene Meeting
The meeting convened at 7:30 p.m.
2. Executive Session.
A motion was made by Ted Kiritsis, seconded by Tom Risom and voted unanimously to go into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation (South Lyme Property Owners) and inviting Ann Brown, Ron Rose, John Radshaw, Eric Knapp and the Board of Selectmen to attend.
A motion was made by Ted Kiritsis, seconded by John Johnson and voted unanimously to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:36 p.m.
Chairman Risom noted that no votes were taken and no decisions were made in the Executive Session.
3. Pending Litigation – discussion.
No action taken.
At 9:36 p.m. a motion was made by John Johnson, seconded by Ted Kiritsis and voted unanimously to adjourn.
